YASAI

YASAI is a Switzerland-based vertical farming start-up, working to create more circular food systems. Agritecture ran a 3-part blog series in 2021 to promote the launch of their largest vertical farm in the world, located in the abandoned limestone mines in La Sarraz in the Swiss terrain.
