2024 Global CEA Census Terms & Conditions

Overall:

• Promotion winner will be chosen at random from all Global CEA Census respondents who filled out the survey completely and indicated that they would like to participate in the drawing by answering ‘Yes’ on the final page of the survey. The drawing is limited to one (1) entry per person.
• By entering the Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions, which shall be interpreted by the Organizers at their sole discretion.
• Decisions made by the Organizers in all matters to do with the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Global CEA Census is scheduled to close on July 18, 2024 and the drawing will occur within 48 hours of the close of the census.
• This date may be extended by the Organizers, which would also change the date of the Promotion.

Free Registration to CEAg World

• Tickets to the 2024 CEAg World Conference and Expo
• Limit of five (5) free tickets made available for this Promotion.
• Each promotion winner is eligible to receive a maximum of one (1) free registration.
• Promotion winner agrees to the use of their logo and company name at CEAg World.
• Promotion winner agrees to have photographs that may include their face used for CEAg World marketing and promotional materials.  

6 Months Free Usage of Agritecture Designer

• Participants who complete and submit the survey form during the Promotion Period will receive 6 months of free usage of Agritecture Designer, subject to the terms outlined herein.
• Upon completion and closing of census submissions, participants will receive a promotional code via email within 30 business days.
• The free usage of Agritecture Designer is subject to the standard terms of service and privacy policy of Agritecture Designer, which can be found on the Agritecture Designer website.
• Participants must adhere to all terms of service and usage policies while using Agritecture Designer.
• Agritecture reserves the right to terminate or suspend the free usage offer and access to Agritecture Designer at any time if a participant violates the terms of service or engages in any prohibited conduct.

These Terms and Conditions supersede all other prior terms and conditions, understandings, arrangements or agreements, whether verbal or written, in relation to the Promotion.
