AgLanta Announces USDA Funded Local Food Promotion Grant
Summary:
AgLanta is seeking RFP respondents for a USDA-funded local food promotion (LFPP) grant! This grant aims to provide more food access and market opportunities to increase farmer revenue. Register for the pre-bid conference at bit.ly/aglanta2021rfp.
Project Overview:
Services Being Procured: The Department of City Planning, in coordination with the Mayor's Office of Resilience, is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to manage the implementation of the AgLanta Grown program. AgLanta Grown is a local food promotion program that will aid in increasing market access. The program also works to build a coalition of producers, consumers, and advocates to stimulate the local food economy.
